Our school is beginning to expand the utilization of technological services across all subject areas. Assisting the students with non fiction text will allow them to have the confidence and strategies needed to succeed on assessments. At our school the teachers are provided the freedom to make adjustments to content to meet the needs of our students, along with the alignment of Common Core curriculum. We set high expectations for all students within our school, whether it be an ELL student, or a special education student. "An investment in knowledge pays the best interest" stated by Ben Franklin. I want to provide my students the ability to have an interest in informational text and to expand their knowledge in many content areas.
