The students at my school, being in their early developmental years, are in a delicate and vulnerable place. They are at an age when developing habits and hobbies is influential on how they will see school and extracurricular activities throughout middle school and high school. My students attend a school in South Dallas that is underfunded and under-resourced. My goal as their teacher is to make sure that circumstance does not dictate their full potential. I've seen the power of community, and I know that even the smallest amounts of support and generosity can amount to transformation change. Thank you for at least taking interest in what's happening in Room 303!

About my class
