Our school is filled with students that are still "kid" kids. They play hard and they work hard; this can be attributed to being located in a rural area. Many of our students are filled with passion for the outdoors, and they have a sense of adventure. While some have traveled outside WI, some have not yet had an opportunity to experience the world outside our home state. We have found that we can connect their passion for adventure and the outdoors to our academic curriculum through a variety of books, those most perfect being written by Roland Smith.
