I am Mrs. Fincher, I teach in the Houston Texas area. I have been teaching for 8 years in the public school system. I am a kindergarten teacher. I graduated in 2008 from Sam Houston State University in Huntsville Texas. I have always had a calling to become a teacher because I truly believe that the children are our future and they need a good foundation in life to better themselves and to better the world that we live in. I feel that I can help shape this new world by shaping my students into becoming caring individuals that will later turn into contributing members of society. This year I will be working with kindergarten students. They are a good mix of children from the Houston area. I am excited to be part of a new school that has opened in the Houston called the School of Science and Technology.
