My students are very curious about the way things work and how they work. My students are often asking, "Why", "How" and "What if" questions. Many times I answer these questions with "What do you think?" or "See if it works". My answer to their question will lead them to discover the answer not be told the answer. Students have a greater retention of information if they can discover answers on their own.
