The school where I work is an elementary school in a lower socioeconomic area. My students are sweet, hard-working kids. They are all working on improving one or more aspects of their communication skills. Some are working on their articulation (speech sounds), some are working on language skills such as grammar or word meanings, and others are addressing difficulties with pragmatics (social language).
