PS 222 is a school where the arts are very relevant. I work with students from Kindergarten to 5th grade. As much support as we have for the arts, from administrators, teachers and parents; getting funding for costumes and materials is always difficult. We try to put on shows throughout the year, including a 1st grade holiday show, kindergarten songfest and the annual 2nd grade dance show. I have the pleasure to work with some amazing kids who work so hard and I would love to be able to provide them with everything they need for their performances.
