Manipulatives are a key component of early learning. When learning to read and write, having letters to move and shift helps students develop key foundational reading skills. With unknown factors of contagion, I want to protect my students by giving them each a set of manipulatives for learning! Creating individualized task boxes will ensure that each of my students has the materials they need to learn and grow. Whether students are using the magnetic boards to manipulate letters and sounds, using Wikki Stix to identify sounds or words in a text, utilizing the dry erase materials to show their work, manipulating Play-Doh for a variety of learning activities, using magnetic blocks and other tools for STEM projects, or the doodle pads for spelling and math work, I know that they will each have their own, secure set of materials! Please help me give my students access to quality manipulatives to help them learn and grow in a safe way!
