While it is the 21st century and most pieces of art can be found online, it helps to have an actual poster with the information on it to walk to and see everyday. Vocabulary is easier to understand and remember when it has a picture and can be hung on the wall. With the elements, principles, period art, and famous artist posters will help the students learn the time line of art, famous artists from each major time period and give them ideas for their own artworks which will be displayed around the school to inspire other students and their art.

About my class
