We live in a world of constant change and stimulation. Asking our kids to sit still in old desks and chairs seems ludicrous to me and yet it happens in classrooms around the country. Giving students a choice in their learning helps them take ownership of their education. Every time a student gets to make a choice in their education, they are that much more likely to succeed. We need stools, Wobble Chairs and more. My students are individuals with individual needs and do not mesh with a one size fits all classroom. It's time to change the status quo and start catching up with the world we live in today.
