My school is located in a rural community in south Louisiana. Many of my students come from single parent homes limited in resources to assist in their child's education. Many parents lack a college education and are not involved in their child's school work. This school provides for a quality educational environment and the ability for every child to graduate with a high school diploma. My students love to be engaged in hands on activities. The educational significance of the document camera will increase their knowledge and skills in interactive math applications. Teacher methods of instruction will facilitate student participation, motivation, and math knowledge.
