My students love to code! With Ozobot Robots, my students will be able to program their robot to move to the code they create! YES! Both the students and the Robot could then do the HAPPY DANCE! Students will be able to work in pairs, take their learning to a higher level, and become pioneers in the engineering and coding field! My students creative imaginations deserve to be brought to life! These robots will fire up their dendrites! We are fortunate to share Chromebooks with our peers every other day. But I'd like my students to take their learning to a different level and bring their programing and coding to life with Ozobot robots. They will be able to use the Ozobots in a variety of ways. They will be able to collaborate with their peers by programing their Ozobots to race each other in the classroom, they will be able to explain their thoughts and ideas by writing about their experiences in a Google Document, and they will be able to share a video of their experience in Seesaw.me, to share with their parents. Most importantly, by using many of the CCSS students will also be able to have fun as they learn and code! I would like them to have opportunities to be ready for the up and coming, new tech jobs, not yet created, in the 21st century.
