My homeroom class will range between 28 and 32 students. I will then get some other students and trade some of my own kids for our Walk to Learn language arts period of also 28 to 32 students. I work at a school with over 70% of our students eligible for free lunch. Over 50% of my students are second language learners. My students often do not have a comfy, quiet place to read in their home. It is my job to provide this for them in our classroom.
