"Today a reader, tomorrow a leader." My students are bright and powerful learners. They deserve individualized and small group attention so I can help fill in the learning gaps. Having a designated space where I can teach guided reading and/or guided math is crucial and would benefit the needs of all my students. Our school is in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan in a high poverty community. We do have a wonderful community and a great teaching staff that values education. We all want the best for our students!
