My students are a diverse group of learners. I see 42 students each day, 24 of which are English Language learners. Our school is a Title 1 school located in a suburb outside of Atlanta, the majority of our students qualify for free or reduced lunch. Our student population is comprised of 26% Hispanic students, 30% African American, 34% Caucasian, and 10% Asian, Multiracial, and, Native American. My students are enthusiastic about learning and love technology. They need access to books being read to them and educational apps.
