My school is considered a great school, but I believe that I can do more by bringing more access to technology for students. Our access to technology and number of laptops in the school has grown over the past 2 years. However, I want my students to have easier access to them in my class. 99% of students in my school receive Free and Reduced Lunch service, and 99% of students are also minorities coming from mid-low to low socioeconomic level. However, many students in the school are motivated and driven to go to a four-year university. They take pride in the fact that they are in school to receive the education they deserve. They are proactive students who use both e-mail and Edmodo to constantly message me asking for help when homework is too difficult. They also are responsible students that contact me prior to absences or post-absences to make sure they know what they missed and make-up their work.
