Welcome to a little peek at our class. This year, our class is attempting to turn into a maker space. However, it's kind of an expensive task, but we must teach our future leaders how to think mathematically and scientifically when solving problems in their every day life. Our school is a magnet school for math and science. We have students in our class from all over the county and we are still a public school. Our school is a blue ribbon and title one school. Kids enter our school with the mindset of becoming a great scientific and mathematical thinker. To get these students to think critically, we need access to the technology that will help them get there. We are asking for help with changing from a traditional classroom to a maker space. In this new classroom, students will be able to interact and create things using their knowledge of math and science. Come and be a part of our STEM team!
