My students come from a variety of backgrounds, including English language learners, special education students, gifted and talented, each with his or her own special needs. It is very difficult to get funding for special need items for our classroom. However, this does not stop my students from wanting to learn. They are developing a real love for reading, but we need new technology to help them in their learning adventures.
