The use of technology is almost a daily activity in my classroom. We are involved in various lessons that can be enhanced using technology. During" Learning Labs" students have various activities to complete related to state standards and are designed to complement lessons being taught. The problems is that we have to share ipads during labs. We have 2-4 kids sharing iPads that we borrow from the Media Center and sometimes the i Pads are not available due to other classes using them. So its a race to the library to use iPads for that day. If I don't sign up for iPads, then my kids have missed a chance to engage with technology and the opportunity to expose them have been missed.
