Our program offers students a new beginning. We are a small continuation high school located in an agricultural community in Northern California. Our students are intelligent, talented, humorous and caring individuals who require an educational program relevant and responsive to their educational interests and needs. Our students learn best in small settings with a useful, engaging and challenging curriculum. Students refine essential skills in literacy, math, science, social studies and career technical education through projects like The Bug Barn. Projects allow students to ask questions, develop ideas, implement plans and review practices in real world settings. Making learning meaningful is at the heart of our work as students, families and staff. Students say that our school is different than ones they've attended in the past. They say our school is, "like a family." Through projects, students learn about themselves as well as the world around them.
