Most of my students are English language learners as well as the intervention students. These students need more assistance than a typical classroom can provide. They are very curious and want to learn so badly but for the most part they do tend to have difficulties at some point and this is where I see them break down and become defeated. My school acknowledges that they need help and they incorporate me into the school day to assist these students in either learning the language or to fill the gaps in so that they can be successful. I try to make them all feel loved, special, and cared for. I am their cheerleader and I will do anything I can to make sure my students are successful in obtaining current and future goals. In my class they work harder than most, and they work diligently, but there are difficulties in the class where I would like to present or have them do presentations, and the technology in the classroom is only four computers and white boards, they get dismayed.
