This is the first time that most of my students have been in a structured school environment. Additionally, all of my children have developmental delays which impact their school performance. This is not to say that they cannot be successful. In fact, a lot of the children are even more determined than a typical peer would be to explore their environment. I just have to create an environment where they can all be learners. After all, don't kids typically learn through play?
