My students are in desperate need of an easel that they can reach and use to document their learning and practice their interactive writing on a daily occasion. An easel would help them to all be able to see the lessons at a proper angle that is conducive to learning In all subject areas. My school is an inner city, high poverty, low socioeconomic school that receives very little funding. These students deserve to have the best materials available to allow the most learning that they can achieve each and every day. Not having an easel makes it very difficult to do interactive writing with my students. An easel would greatly improve their learning opportunities and meet the educational needs of all types of learners..
