I have 19 third graders.The students are very polite to one another. They take the time to help one another when ever they need help. My students take responsibility for their learning. They also understand that they all have strengths and weaknesses. They understand they are all on their own individual learning journey. Our school has over 500 elementary students. If you walk down the halls you will see children's work displayed and well as quotes written on the walls. We focus on a calm and safe environment. Before every assembly we sing our school song proudly. Our school offers many after school activities for children. Having this program helps the working parents in our community. We have a very strong PTA. They organize field trips, dances, assemblies and parent volunteers. This community works together! "It takes a village to raise a child!"
