I have 21 in person students in my 4th grade classroom this year. Due to the Pandemic, the way we move around the classroom is limited and my students are having difficulty sitting still in rows at their desks all day. I would like to have some exercise balls to allow several students each day to be able to move at their desk while they are learning. I think it will help some of my students to better focus on the learning and not how uncomfortable they are. I am also asking for a large set of magnetic fraction strips so that students will be able to see how fractions work without touching them. We are starting our fraction unit in January and it would be a big help to show them how to solve problems with actual fraction strips and circles.
