This is my first full year being a teacher. It is still summer, but I know in August, for the first time, I will be greeted with 28 hardworking, ready to learn 5th graders. My school is a Title I school. This will be the second year using the English Language Arts Common Core. Some students aren't as fortunate to have technology at home. Students can learn a great deal from interaction with technology. Having iPads at school will allow them this extraordinary interaction and a hands-on learning environment.
