I teach science in a Spanish dual language immersion program. What better way to engage students in learning than by hands on activities that link to real world situations and occupations. I want to take learning to the next level for these students by exposing them to scientific processes in Spanish, later we will bridge their conceptual knowledge and academic language to English. Teaching the scientific processes of life via the egg cycle while also sparking connections and exposure to the world of 4-H and agriculture will undeniably provide a memorable and engaging experience for all learners involved in the process.

About my class
