We all know kids love to move. They get bored sitting at a desk each day. Flexible seating allows students to move freely around the room while also staying focused. This also encourages collaboration. Students are free to move around the room to work with partners of their choosing, in a space of their choice. Students learn best when they are given choice. They can choose where they sit, how they sit, and who they sit next to. This empowers them to make appropriate, positive choices about their own learning. Flexible seating will allow my students to be comfortable and empowered!
