Our student body is incredibly diverse. There are students from many different backgrounds and who speak diverse languages. We also have a large number of students from military families, many of whom have moved often in their lives. We seek to create a school that has a welcoming, family environment so that students and parents feel at home right away. Our school is unusual because we are one of only a few K-8 schools in our district. Having older students on campus increases that feeling of family because we implement programs to place students on multi-age teams for character building, cross-grade reading buddies, etc. We also strive for academic excellence - we believe that all children are capable of amazing things when their teachers truly believe in them. We are really proud of the efforts of our students and we celebrate every success!
