Many of the students at my school live in homes that are below the poverty level. They have parents that work many jobs and don't get to spend time outside with them. PE is the only time that many of them go outside. They play video games and watch TV when they are at home. Our school is a small charter school. We have a close-knit group of students and staff. We have about 60 students in 4 grades. We feel that we are more than a school; we are a FAMILY.
