I am a first grade teacher with 16 students in my class that come from all walks of life. My school is located in a neighborhood that has been changing over the last few years, with more and more students coming into our classroom without the necessary skills that a student should have before entering first grade. My school puts a lot of its resources into technology and writing, yet we are not given the necessary supplies to meet the needs of all the students.

About my class
