Hello, my name is Katie Lueders and I am a behavior specialist at a very diverse school in Northeast Indiana. My job is to remediate behaviors and identify specific student needs. I love advocating for my kids and look forward to watching them learn and grow socially, emotionally and academically with these engaging materials! My students come to me with a variety of sensory needs as well as adverse childhood experiences. It is important that I engage them in meaningful ways to provide positive learning experiences as I prepare to transition them back into their classroom environments. The light table and sensory bins are sure to keep their attention visually and tactically while also delivering academic content. The listening center will provide them with a much needed auditory break while the listen to reading or simply allow them to take a break with a little music therapy.
