My goal is to create a classroom that reflects the 21st century life that my students will be entering. They should have exposure to all types of technology that will increase their ability to critically think and solve problems. Certain things are no longer considered extravagant but are common experiences for most children during their education. I think it is critical for students to have opportunities to create without rules or boundaries. To have opportunities to fail and try again. Legos and a 3D printer will allow my students to create! We no longer simply teach reading and writing, we now have to allow our students to create using technology. Creativity is the most sought after soft skills in the current job market. Without creativity getting a job will be very difficult. Students should experience this as soon as possible and as much as possible. Thank you for supporting my students.
