Don't let the term "gifted and talented" fool you. There are no privileges here. We are typically the last to get funding and materials. Our classroom currently has 1 desktop computer that is barely operable (5 minute boot-up when instructional time is so precious), but I want to teach computer coding, web design, and research skills. We want to use computer software from MIT to build and test bridges. When we study Frank Lloyd Wright, I want to teach the students how to use a design software to create their own home. The options are limitless! What to do? Beg generous donors!
