These materials will be used to help address social and emotional issues that students may be facing that impede their ability to learn. Helping students cope with uncomfortable feelings makes school a safe place to learn and grow. The journals, pencils, and colored pencils can be used at home or school. Once created, the worry dolls and grief jars are tools that they can take home and use as well. All of these materials provide a unique way to creatively express and share emotions related to grief, loss and anxiety.

About my class
