My sixth-grade students are undeniably clever and make me laugh every day. Being in sixth grade, they are right at the cusp of becoming young adults, and so much of their development, social and academic, depends upon the year they spend in my classroom. Our school serves a student body that is comprised largely of low-income, at-risk students. Despite this, the teachers, administration, and parents within our district work hard to ensure that all of our students receive the best education possible and learn to fulfill their immense potential.

About my class
