I am very fortunate to work at Wyland Elementary School. The students are some of the most caring and appreciative students I've ever met. Students are quick to thank teachers and staff members for all of their hard work and dedication to them. The students within our school live in high poverty. Our school offers free or reduced lunch to all students. But, being low income doesn't stop my students from striving to learn and do their best. These students come to school doing their best to learn and better themselves. Most of them look forward to school and dread the weekends and extended breaks. So, my goal is to provide them with the best learning environment possible! Wyland's mission statement is that "we believe that our students can and will achieve". At Wyland, all staff members work together to ensure that every student is getting what they need to succeed, every day. Are you willing to join us to help?
