My students are in a high-poverty school and many struggle with a variety of issues including English as a second language. Many of my students need to close the gap and catch up to their peers academically. Some receive reading support, some receive math support, and some receive support in both areas. Sometimes my students receive support within the classroom, but sometimes they receive intervention in a more focused setting.
