Our students are respectful, well disciplined, and hard working. They have a thirst for learning, but lack self confidence regarding their skills and abilities. They come from hard working families who support their efforts, but lack the resources to provide material things for their children. We work hard at our school to provide innovative lessons that connect them to their world. We try to help them envision themselves in a successful future where they are the masters of their lives filled with possibilities. Every student is reminded to "face the future" and "make smart choices" daily. Although our community is small, they provide unprecedented support for our teachers and students. In the past year they rallied together to help us on three different occasions. They may not have much to offer financially, but what they give comes from the heart. We love our community, and they love us back.
