Many of my students are planning on going beyond high school to further their education and/or the military before the work force. Part of my job as their teacher is to prepare them for the challenges they will face in these new environments and in our constantly changing society. Although some have parental support at home, many adults don't recognize how the new generations are changing the way they learn and the innovative aspect of the future workforce. It is my job to make sure all of my students have the resources and skills to learn and grow to be better prepared to find their place as a productive member of society.
