I teach Full Day Preschool for at risk students on the far southeast side of Chicago. My students come from low income households whose families are hard working and dedicated to education. The children are energetic, curious, and learn through play and discovery. Many of the children come from bilingual and dual language homes. This often poses challenges for our young students as we begin to build their foundation for learning.
