I teach in a Title I school in a very small town. It is a per-k to 8 school so resources are scattered. I teach 5th grade language arts and social studies to 50 students. The range of intelligence is drastic from class to class because I have as many as six students in one class with learning disabilities. I have no tutors and no teacher aids and in order to get additional help I turn to the computer. Though it may be surprising, many of my students have never been given an opportunity to truly use a computer.
