I teach in a Title 1 school that is approximately 78% minority and free and reduced price lunch. It is a large school, with over 800 students, with a very diverse population. Many of them deal with issues that are far removed from school. However, they come each day ready to learn and give their personal best. Many students are here to make a better future for themselves. I want to help them be successful, and learning their math facts will make math concepts much easier for them to understand.

About my class
