My students are language learners and having chromebooks is very important to them in learning not only the language but all other subjets. They are transformed from passive recepients to active learners while using a variety of apps. The information becomes easily accessible to them, it accelarates their learning and helps explore other subjects as well. They utilize Google classroom every day for every subject and if the computer breaks, or out of charge they do not have access to the assignments for that day. They will benefit from having the computers ready in class.
