I work with all kinds of students primarily in their classrooms by providing students and teachers with visual supports that will encourage students to be attentive and work towards a goal that will motivate them to learn. I also provide counseling and behavioral services to students who need the extra push and attention to access curriculum. We have a close community of teachers who work very hard to make learning fun and reward them for their efforts to be better students. Every day I feel supported by staff and am constantly being rewarded by students who go from struggling to meeting learning goals and seeing the change in their faces and attitudes when they meet their goals.
