I teach gifted elementary students in a suburban school district. Providing activities that are both engaging and challenging is a key part of my job. I believe it is important to reward effort and enjoy providing extra opportunities to students who are willing to work hard. Chess club, newspaper, robotics and academic team team are some of the activities I help sponsor. Collaborating with all teachers to help bring enriching and challenging activities Into the classroom is something I enjoy. Donors Choose has been a huge help supporting these endeavors.
