My students are an eclectic bunch, I maybe young but they are my kids, I tell them this and would do anything for them. Living in a diverse location with Sikh, Catholics, Muslims, Christians, all under one roof and friends none the less, they are the model of tolerance, diversity and societal acceptance and growth. I live in the community for this reason these kids are what I want my kids to grow into, my son and I ride our bikes first to his school then I ride to mine across the street and he being 3 loves his big brothers and sisters. Our school strives to provide students STEM field exposure and growth. We have never been a school fixated on high stakes assessments and push students to gain depth and create new ways to solve the "wicked" problems that these students will face in these STEM majors that may not even exist yet.
