My students are primarily first generation US born children of very hard-working immigrant families. My class is truly a "United Nations" with families from Mexico and South America, Cambodia, Armenia, Kenya, Brazil, and Haiti. Our school embraces a culture of student professionalism and college-readiness. We begin talking about the path to college in Kindergarten! Most of my students will be the first in their families to attend college, and are eager to get going on their "path".

About my class
