I teach third grade at a low socioeconomic school in Oklahoma. I know that much of what my students receive from me is more than what they would receive at home. A large tornado devastated the area right around my school just a year ago, and some of my students have been displaced because of the tornado. My students have been through a lot this year but it has been so rewarding to watch them grow in the time that I have been in their classroom. I know that they will continue to grow, learn and even teach me, and I cannot wait to see where they end up.

About my class
