We are a relatively large middle school with 1200 students in grades 6-8. I have the extreme pleasure of working with students behind or below grade level in Reading. My classroom provides a print rich environment to all who enter. I currently have students who entered my room with. 2nd grade Reading level now reading on grade level. It requires hard work and dedication and many hours of practice to get to that point. My paperback books are becoming tattered and torn due to good use! This project will ensure plenty of new books will be available for my new class of students coming my way in the next few years.
